Why Buyers Choose Us

We are a manufacturer — not a trading company. That single fact shapes everything: how we engineer your line, how fast we respond, and who is accountable when your machine arrives in Istanbul, Surabaya or Riyadh.

Six Reasons

What You Actually Get When You Order From Us

Every point below is something you can verify — visit the factory, request the test video, read the contract clause.

01

We Build It, We Don't Resell It

Cooking pots, extrusion lines and packing machines are machined and assembled in our own workshop. No middle layer, no markup on someone else's machine, and spare parts stay available because we control production.

02

Engineered Around Your Recipe

Send your formula and target capacity. We size the pot, heating method, aerating system and cooling length to fit your product — not the other way around. Line layout drawings come with the quotation.

03

Tested With Your Recipe Before Shipping

Before the container is loaded, we run your product on the machine, record the full process on video and ship samples to you for approval. You know what arrives will work — because you already saw it work.

04

Engineers Who Travel to Your Factory

Installation and commissioning are carried out by our own engineers on site, with operator training included. Most lines are running within a week of arrival. No "read the manual and figure it out".

05

Halal & Export-Ready by Design

We build everything from materials and process compatible with halal production — critical for buyers in Turkey, the Gulf, Southeast Asia and North Africa. Full export documentation handled by our team.

06

Support That Outlives the Warranty

24-hour engineer response, remote diagnostics by video call, and lifetime spare-parts supply. When a motor or seal wears out in year five, you are not left searching for a replacement on the open market.

Recipe-specific engineering Included — pot size, heating, aerating configured to your formula Limited — resells standard models None — fixed catalog specs
Test with your recipe before shipment Yes — video FAT + samples sent Sometimes, if the factory cooperates Rarely
On-site commissioning Our own engineers, training included Arranged & marked up Often not offered
Spare parts after 3+ years Lifetime supply from own production Depends on the factory Usually discontinued

Inside the Factory

How Every Machine Is Built and Checked

Five checkpoints between raw material and your loading dock.

  1. Incoming material inspectionFood-grade stainless steel grade verified and certified before it enters the workshop — no substituted material, ever.
  2. Machining & fabricationSheet metal, turning, welding and polishing carried out in-house, with weld seams ground and passivated for hygiene.
  3. Assembly & electrical buildPneumatics, servo drives, PLC and HMI wired to the approved drawing set, then bench-tested before integration.
  4. Pressure & temperature testVacuum vessels and heating circuits are pressure-tested and run hot to verify stability within the ±1 °C design target.
  5. FAT with real productFull factory acceptance test with your recipe, recorded on video, finished samples packed and shipped to you for approval.
