Layout Drawing and Transparent Pricing

Built, Assembled and Bench-Tested

Your Recipe, on Video, Before Shipping
This is the step most suppliers skip. We run your product on the finished line, record the whole process, test capacity and product quality against the agreed specification, and send finished samples to you by courier for physical approval.

Our Engineers On Your Floor
Our engineers travel to your factory for mechanical and electrical installation, utility connection, alignment and cold commissioning. Most lines reach production-ready condition within about a week of arrival.

Trial Production, Training and Sign-Off

What to Prepare Before the Line Arrives
Buyers who complete these points before shipment typically cut a week off commissioning.
- 1. Floor & foundationLevel concrete base per the foundation drawing; allow drainage channels for cleaning water.
- 2. Power & controlMain supply to the machine terminals with correct voltage, phase and capacity; install the MCC panel location.
- 3. Steam / hot water / compressed airAvailable at the specified pressure and flow at the connection point — the layout drawing marks each tap-in.
- 4. Water qualitySoftened or RO water for cleaning and, where applicable, recipe use — hard water affects product and hygiene.
- 5. Access & spaceClear the container unloading path and the installation footprint; confirm door sizes and route width.
- 6. PeopleNominate a technical contact plus the operators who will be trained — training the wrong people costs a whole week.
- 7. Raw materialsWeeks of trial materials ready on arrival, so commissioning is not delayed waiting for ingredients.
